Effect of Exercise and Non-exercise Interventions on Cardiac Angiogenesis in Diabetes Mellitus Patients: A Review

Background: It has been shown that about 80% of deaths in diabetic patients are due to cardiovascular disorders, which called Diabetic Heart Disease or DHD, the most important dysfunction and vascular damage, consequently stopping coronary angiogenesis. Despite many advances made field medical research long-standing clinical history diabetes mellitus, risk disease associated with not reduced. Method: Our search was performed by typing words HIIT, MICT, Disease, MicroRNA, Cardiac Angiogenesis pubmed. We reviewed literature using articles were relevant our work. conclusion: Researchers have proposed different exercise programs improve complications patient, their prominent role improving microangiopathy compared non-exercise interventions (hormone, complementary therapies, pharmaceutical methods, etc.) these proven patients. but so far no study done compare effectiveness on improvement microvascular DHD Therefore, this review article compares types affect angiogenesis a DHD.
